Delivery

We are not liable for any packages that are marked delivered, but stated that the buyer did not receive. If you have any issues with your receiving your order or the items in your order, we must be notified within 30 days of delivery to be able to provide our support.

Return to Sender & Incorrect Address Policy

It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Especially if you are sending these as a gift. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible if you enter the wrong shipping address. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If you would not like it re-shipped, we will refund you the cost of the item, but not the shipping.  

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 All orders ship in 5-7 business days, if you require your package sooner please contact us before placing your order.
