I'm Ginny, retired veteran, elite personal fitness trainer & coach, stretch specialist, nutrition consultant, ZUNI Solace self fascia release coach, founder of ZUNI Luxury Wellness, and designer of ZUNI Solace.
After 25 years of service and my own journey navigating chronic muscle pain due to fibromyalgia and nerve sensitivity, I developed a refined personal approach to recovery that helps others restore their bodies, reclaim ease, and move with confidence.
I now host intimate retreats for women in transition by providing a safe space to exhale, become, embrace, and begin again.

A private 30-minute one-on-one call with Ginny is required before RSVPing.

On or before January 14, 2027: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. This deposit secures one of the retreat’s limited available spots.
Beginning January 15, 2027: The $500 deposit must be paid together with the first installment of $1,350, for a total initial payment of $1,850.
Important: The $500 deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the total price.
With only 12 spots available, early reservations are encouraged.

Yes, most women do. With private suites and an intimate circle of 12, you'll never feel alone.

No. You book your own flights; the resort shuttle from LIR airport is included.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. No cancellations after the January 15, 2027 First Payment. The Second Payment is due March 15, 2027.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and medical emergencies.

Fly into Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR), Liberia. Round-trip shuttle to the resort is included.

U.S. citizens need a valid passport (6+ months beyond travel). No visa required for stays under 90 days.

What's not included in the price?
Your retreat rate covers your stay, programming, and excursions once you're with us in Costa Rica. It does not include:
Your flights to and from Liberia (LIR) — you'll book your own travel
Travel and medical insurance — recommended, but not required
Gratuities for the resort team — entirely at your discretion
Extra nights before or after the retreat dates (May 26–30)
Personal expenses, and any spa treatments or excursions beyond the retreat program
Round-trip airport transfers from LIR are included, so once you land, we've got you.
